General student enquiries
Joining the Union, what is happening this term, or anything you are not sure who to ask. This is the right door when in doubt.
Executive office
Official correspondence, partnership approaches, and enquiries from universities, embassies and other organisations.
Urgent welfare and immigration
Illness, hardship, housing lost at short notice, or a residence permit problem with a deadline. Say that it is urgent in the subject line and it is treated that way.
